Microsoft hosted a booth at Adobe Summit 2026 where guests completed an AI assessment survey, then were guided through designing their own custom engraved luggage tag. Through conversation with Microsoft Copilot and AI image generation via Adobe Firefly the guest was taken through steps to generate their one of a kind souvenir. The generated images were automatically processed to match laser etching requirements. Brand ambassadors managed the queue through the operator panel, and prepare the user's personalized item for pickup. Once the item was ready, the user was notified via email.
